        I made an appointment a while back but when I showed up with my daughter the doors were locked and I checked my voicemail to hear they had to cancel my appointment same day last minute. Now, I tried again and get a text 2 hours before my appointment stating the stylist will not be in so I'm unable to go once again. I enjoy going to this salon but it seems like I will have to find a new place to go that actually takes care of their customers. I'm not sure why they can't get another stylist to fill in if someone else can't make it in. It's ridiculous.

        I had an appointment scheduled with Heather for weeks. A couple hours before my appointment she canceled because she was sick. Which is fine, it happens, no problem. The issue is she said she had availability later in the week, so I asked what times she had available. That was Wednesday and now it is Monday and I am still waiting for a response. Very unprofessional.

      Hi S M. Thank you for your review. We always welcome feedback to help our company grow. As stated in our email and text message, we truly apologize for the inconvenience for today as the stylist that was to take care of you had a medical emergency and is unable to come in. Unfortunately we do not have another stylist available today as they are all booked. When you scheduled your appointment yesterday, we had no way of knowing that this would happen. Again we are truly sorry. We don't have any record of a previous cancelation for either you or your daughter but we apologize for that misunderstanding as well. We would still like to reschedule you as stated in our email and text, we just don't have any availability for today. Please let us know if we can help you in the future.
