I work from home so I need reliable Internet.. which is NOT with this company. They only issue credit if its over 4 hours but never mind if its multiple times a day or multiple times a week!! Looking for a new ISP after I submit this run away from this company!

You'd be better trying to pull internet from Uranus (The planet)... pay 45$ a month to get pissed at the rate and shut offs... weird how when the internet is out, i still have the same amount of money to pay at the end of the month. Thanks for letting me write this review on cellular data. Means a lot.

I wish I could give negative stars! Had wifi for a few years the bandwidth sucks, and on top of that I ONLY had and wanted internet so they had a $5 wifi access charge hidden on my bill. When I asked them the rep laughed! And said yes oh wait no. Then I call cause my promotion is expiring at the time and they REFUSED to help me. Said I had to disconnect service for a whole year before I qualified for another promotion. Oh and i made the switch to Google fiber and spectrum was going to charge me a whole month for 2 days of service. After an hour talking to a manager they said thay I should have called before I switched to work out a deal! At thay point I said I did and your manager told me to take a hike. And one more thing I told you to stop sending me mail or I would press charges for harassment. I got a letter. See you in court
