Recently had a sprinkler pipe repaired after calling weeks in advance, explaining in detail the scope of work needed. The technician was willing to only fix the burst pipe and the front desk/receptionist said there would be a charge to address the other issues later. Despite frustration, agreed to proceed with fixing at least the main pipe due to urgency. During the repair, the technician promised to return the next morning but didn't show up. Contacted the same front desk person who insisted on a charge for a return visit and could not offer any warranty or assurance of the work completed. Lacking in customer service/professionalism and failure to fulfill promises (ie finish the job). Overly eager to charge and unresponsive to customer concerns. Edit: turned on water back on pipe, no leaks yet. Will check sprinkler unit tonight

They rebuilt a retaining wall that was put in about 10 years ago and was not done properly -- it was about to collapse. They made it look better than the original and much stronger. Tim, the person I dealt with, was very pleasant to work with and he was responsive to what I wanted. I would recommend this company for any landscaping construction.
