        No stars! Had to give one to post. Incompetent tax preparers. Gave false information and constantly had to make other phone calls for corrections. Waste of time because of this on two different days. Would not honor their own online coupon for first time customers for 50% off and made up excuses for it that was not labeled on the coupon. Tax preparer only said "Yeah sorry, the lady who runs all of these local Jackson Hewitt's won't honor it." And that's it!. Paid $500 for terrible tax preparation. Don't do it with this company

        Figured out my taxes (retired railroader) with a little help from an associate ,Connie, in Independence. Price kinda high is only reason for a 4. They over charged me I think.
