Sad that I was in the position to get my truck towed, but happy but Santa Fe was available. It's the only tow company in this entire city that I trust. They are honest, locally and family-owned, and not outrageously priced. They honestly take care of their customers.

The driver went to the wrong address and that created a delay in getting towed. However the tow truck driver was apologetic when he arrived and was very professional. The dispatcher was also very professional and got everything taken care of.

My car broke down on the way to an event. Santa Fe Towing had someone out in less than 30 minutes! The driver was so nice and professional! He made a very stressful situation a lot better! 5/5 Excellent service!
