Driver of the black truck with trailer bent back my mirrors on my truck at quik trip while making a turn. When I told him about it, really only to make him aware of what he had done and nothing more, his reply was no I didnt and he kept walking. Ah yeah ya did I was sitting in the truck. Nothing was gonna stop this man from getting his lunch, not even a hit and run. 11/8 11:58 at quiktrip on little blue parkway.

They cracked my brick walk and cement driveway when they cut down the neighbors tree. No reply when I asked them several times to come repair it . Would not recommend since we paid several thousand dollars in cash ! Service: Cabling & bracing

I have had KC Tree Care out on 2 separate occasions and they have been nothing short of Fantastic. They cleaned up our 4 giants with precision and removed a dying silver maple, stumping it below the ground. Also, their quotes came in well under a few other companies we looked at and their clean-up looked as if they were never there! I will definitely be looking to bring them back out next year. Our trees look healthier (and safer!) after their work and after the horrible storms we had this year, I'm extremely pleased we had them out when we did. Unlike some of our neighbors, we were spared having any massive limbs down and I fully credit their work for this. Honestly, I'm surprised by any negative reviews.

I'm not sure how good this company is at removing trees, but they are seriously sketchy when it comes to giving bids. I got an onsite bid from them for two projects: The first was to lift a fallen log off a garage roof, while the second was to fell a storm-damaged pine tree that I would then dispose of. Their combined price for the two jobs seemed to good to be true, and it apparently was: When I called them a few days later to request an appointment for the pine tree felling (I had made other arrangements for getting the log off the garage, with a firm that I felt was better-equipped), they said the remaining project (a big project in itself) was "not worth coming out for," even after I offered to pay them their original bid amount for both projects just to do the remaining one! The clerk I spoke with relayed the message (apparently from the original estimator) that "that price didn't include removal of the tree," which is odd since I'd never asked for removal, just felling, and have a written estimate that states this. But suddenly, with less work to do for the same written price, they weren't interested. Weird.
