Great experience! The people that work there are very nice and helpful. Appreciate the military discount very much and love the sales. Clothes are nice.

Poor Service by retail associate. Visited this store on 12/20 in the evening. As I walked around the store, I had a question but the store associates were nowhere to be found and once I walked to checkout there was also no one stationed at the register. There was one customer in front of me, who let me know that she had been waiting for a few minutes before I got in line. Finally, an associate came out from the back to help; however, they did not apologize for the delay. As the associate was scanning my items for checkout, I asked them about a dress for my wife in a certain style and size. They let me know that the store carried that style and size of dress. So, I asked them whereabouts in the store could I find the dress and they said the dresses were spread about the store. It would have been nice for the employee to actually offer to walk me the areas, since I was unfamiliar with the store. I was so confused by their nonchalance and flippant attitude that I decided to shop elsewhere for the gift for my wife. I regret not telling them that it does not take a lot effort to be decent and even less to help someone who is a paying customer. I will not be returning to this location; however, I hope this person receives the training they need to be a successful store associate.
