Drove 30 minutes one-way to come to the store, not a single employee acknowledged me. I had about five items to take into a dressing room, which no one assisted me with that all. I was so irritated that I just left without anything. If you want to shop at this location, either prepare to be ignored, or wear your Sundays best and a full face of make up in order to be visible to the people that work here. If they assume you dont have any money, they dont want to talk to you I guess.

I walked into this store for the first time today because it looked very stylish and like it had timeless pieces to fit my wardrobe. I was really excited to see what they had! I was greeted right away by an employee who then walked away to help 2-3 other customers who were also getting the attention of the other employees. I took my time and walked around several areas of the store, and no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I grabbed a couple pieces I was interested in as I walked around, and at one point an employee was showing another customer some items on the rack next to me and asked that customer if she needed a fitting room. I was never asked if I needed a fitting room or help looking for anything in particular, even though I was holding a few items. The customer next to me was shopping for a trip to Italy. Since I was wearing athleisure clothes and looked very casual, I can't help but wonder if I didn't look like "a big ticket item customer" in comparison, and therefore not worth the same amount of time and attention. I put my items back where I found them and made my way out, without a "thank you for stopping in" farewell, which was on par with the rest of my experience there.

If I could I'd leave a zero star rating for this store.  Walked in this Sunday with my friend, looking to spend some money. We weren't dressed up by any means, we were both in workout gear....I digress. We went in there were several ladies shopping, both ladies doting on them. When it came to us they followed us around the store, my friend in particular. I had picked out a couple of items to purchase when the two ladies happened to move toward the center of the store, and I over heard them discussing that they thought my friend and perhaps I was planning to steal! Lol "all we can do is watch, that's our job. We'll just watch them." Is what I overheard from two feet away. I dumped my items and told my friend it's time to go. The whole entire experience from start to finish was just tacky and uncomfortable.
