Wind River Lodge Apartments & Townhomes

I have lived at Wind River Lodge for 8+ years and just started a new one-year lease. I have enjoyed my time here despite some ups and downs on occasion in the past, none of them really consequential. It is reasonably quiet where my apartment is located and it is also very convenient to my job in Olathe and access to many other local amenities. The current manager here (Shauna Goldberg) has been a breath of fresh air since her recent arrival, by far the BEST manager since I have been here, which is maybe why I am enjoying it more now than in the past. She is extremely competent, interested in solutions, and has added remarkably to the comfort here. I highly recommend WRL for those wanting a decent environment but not the high costs of other local establishments.

I've had no issues with maintenance or friendliness with the leasing agents. My apartment, unfortunately, was not move in ready and the leasing agents had already submitted tickets for me before my move in date. When I had to get my bathtub refinished, they offered to allow me to utilize one of the "guest apartments" for use without me even having to ask. My only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin.

Daughter and her roomate lived here. Alots of water leaks and bugs. Within a couple of days of her moving in my husband had to fix the door plate so the deadbolt would actually work maintenance guy told her he didnt know how to fix it and would be back....never came back.

Wind River Lodge has been an excellent place to live. The property manager there Shauna does a spectacular job of making you feel at home and important. She does a great job of maintaining the property being one of the oldest and largest price brother properties in the area. She has helped me and other members of our family make our home at Wind River Lodge. We now occupy multiple units and are all close together because of her and the great work Shauna and her team does every day! I recommend Wind River Lodge to anyone that would like to live in this area as the cost of living here is a lot more economical than the surrounding options. Plus there is a 5 star experience with Shauna and her team! Thanks Wind River for making my living experience a great one! Brandon H
