        ou need to educate new staff about refill policy because they seemed they did not know refill policy today except for one staff. She conveyed wrong refill policy to me today. I was almost not receiving refill coffee, but one staff who knows policy refilled the ice coffee today. If It happens again, I will drop 3star to 1 star.

        Starbucks has great drinks and foods, plus their rewards program is helpful for the occasional free drink. Generally, we like this location; however, the drinks today were inconsistent, and one of the restrooms needed attention.
