City Wide Facility Solutions - Kansas City

I’ve supported City Wide for 6 years. The company top to bottom are not looking out for their clients or employees best interest. They do not support a work life balance nor do they understand the challenges of being a single parent. They will expect you to work 12 hour days including weekends with an undesirable salary means. Management chooses favorites to bring into the organization and does not promote within. I highly recommend anyone looking for a steady career to look elsewhere. City Wide will terminate your employment without probable cause and lie about severance pay. HR does not provide value here after reporting sexist remarks made towards me from my direct reporting manager. Highly do not recommend working here or being associated with this organization.

This companies employees stole my IPad from the KU innovation park while they were cleaning. The only people in the building were them, and me. I wouldnt recommend a company employing thieves.
