Alex did such a wonderful job cutting my hair! I had no appointment but had time to kill and he got me in! I was not disappointed

Maybe it depends on the stylist you see, but I wouldnt personally take the risk of coming here again. I was in and out with a cut and style in 30 minutes for 55$ with a 20% tip so about 65$ total. The stylist used no product in my hair/no heat protectant when curling my hair and I was left with a very poor hair cut that is hard to style with my type of hair (normally straight and was styled curly). Ive never been to a salon where they didnt at least show me the back with a hand mirror to make sure I was happy with the overall result. I know its just hair, but if youre a woman or man with longer hair and want to keep the length or have a preference on hair cuts, I personally would pay 20$ extra to go to a salon that have stylists with more experience and better customer service. 2 stars because the space is nice, was quick to schedule (probably for a reason), just not impressed with the overall service.

Sarah was amazing! She took the time to explain how she was going to bring my hair back to life! I moved here 7 years ago and have been searching for someone like Sarah. I am so thankful I found her!

Laura R at the Lenexa Shop is awesome. I have fine, thin hair and she performs miracles with it.
