        The guy with dreads working behind the counter today "3/6/23" was extremely disrespectful. I get having a bad day and everything but if your going to act that way with a customer you shouldn't be working at a customer service job. Me and my coworkers go in there a lot and have never been treated like this. Will not be going back.

        Ordered on the app, went to the wrong store had to drive further, my fault. But then to top it off, get home, open the pizza and the middle half of our pizza is like a wet noodle, not cooked through at all, not even close. Pathetic to serve something like that. I mean really you cant see its not even cooked while transferring it to the box or cutting it!?!?! Freakin terrible, went in the garbage and we went to chipotle. $20 for something we couldnt even eat. Bye.

        Amazing customer service from Crystal, I believe shes the manager. We had an issue with a receipt of our own fault and she went above and beyond to help us with it. She definitely gives the Caseys Gas station a good name and they are lucky to have her.
