To start off the sales agent Kristen was 30 minutes late which that should've been a red flag. We then decided to purchase replacement windows for a bay and 2 additional windows due to the promo of no interest for 2 years. After we signed and agreed and had a date planned for the new windows to be put in. They did send more documents a month or so later for us to sign. Made a few payments realizing bill is not going down. Then we contacted Kristen and she informed us that we did not have to 0% interest financing (which was not what we had signed at our house). Kristen then gave my number to Shawn Copeland and at first he made it sound like he was going to make it right get us the 0% and money back for the 9.99% interest they signed us up for. We had to make another payment in the meantime due to the payment due date then Shawn decided to start ghosting us. When we did finally hear back from Shawn he informed us that he cannot do anything because we have already made payments to GreenSky which is their financing company who does not allow for credit transfers. We had every plan to have about 10 additional windows put in with them at a later date. Our bay window was left incomplete because they said the hole that is left after switching from bay to regular window is consider part of the roof and not their problem. This was not disclosed at time of purchase. A ligament window company would know that a hole will be left when replacing a bay window. If you are wanting to get windows for your house do your research and learn from my experience Window Nation is a SCAM of a company and will get you to sign multiple contracts not realizing one of those was for the interest financing.

Andy and Devon just did an installation at my house. Great guys. Left everything spotless. Showed me all the features of the window. Very nice guys! We did a partial replacement so when we get the remaining windows done I am going to specifically request them! Window Nation has been easy to work with. Very happy with them.
