Called this morning on a referral from a friend. When we asked for the company name and said we wanted to research his company so we would know who we could be working with, Ron said, "you don't need to research us. I've been doing this since 1988. Thank you." He then just hung up on us. We were just inquiring about having him come for a seasonal check. Most rude and arrogant response I have ever received on a basic inquiry call. Glad he has good reviews on his work, but I could never work with a person that represented his company in the way he did by just hanging up on us because we wanted to look up his company.

These guys work super quick. They gave me a quote Saturday, set up the order on Monday, came by Wednesday morning with the new furnace and installed it in under 3 hours.
