Love Cass she always does such an amazing job and offers great ideas/suggestions to help make my hair even better I have extremely thick hair, I'm Hispanic and the texture is difficult to work with so I'm very picky about who I go to, I trust her and she's never done me wrong, she always does such a great job. I took my daughter in for a cut and some color. Cassie knocked it out of the park. She is so friendly, and really good at what she does, my daughter has her person for her hair.

Cass is terrible at communication. I scheduled an appointment for today at 4:30pm. I was texting her regarding what my current hair looked like and what I would like for my hair to look like. She told me she would like to do Sunday instead because she wanted to make sure we had enough time. I told her I couldnt do Sunday. She told me that I scheduled my appointment during another appointment (I scheduled my appointment online so Im not sure how this happened or how it is my fault). I offered to come sooner and she told me she wouldnt be able to do that. I told her I was confused and asked her to call me when she had a moment (this was at 1:30 the day of the appointment). She never called me. I attempted to stop by her salon at 4:30 because I hadnt heard from her and she hadnt explicitly told me she was canceling my appointment. She wasnt around but someone else went to go get her and ironically told me Cass had some time between her appointments (even though she told me she couldnt get me in sooner). When that person came back they told me there must be some confusion and Cass would be out soon. I waited for 5+ minutes and she never came but she text me and told me Sorry, like I said I can do Sunday. She never called, never offered a different day, and left me high and dry on the day of my appointment at the time of my appointment.
