I was really hoping they can be someone professional but they need to learn a lot I talked to them in detail about before anything so they did clean my audi after that I texted them on Friday evening that my other car need to be clean they responded that they have 2 cars on Saturday and it will be Monday so I texted them on Saturday afternoon that what time Monday they didn't reply then again I texted them on Monday afternoon that what time you can do this after few minutes they replied that they can't come on 20 minutes notice.. I told them look at previous messages I sent you on Saturday but they never answer on that ..basically I had something really important coming up on Wednesday so I was hoping they can do this but once I told them it's ok I will figure out something and rather than saying we can come up somewhere in between right away they said good luck with someone... this is not professional I'm in retail business and I do everything to keep my customers because I truly believe it's important to make customers not take customers..

Thanks for fixing the sizable dent in the passenger side of my 2012 Toyota Camry. It changed my life for the better. Now the girls want me.
