AT&T Store

Been waiting outside the store for an hour, for someone to get back from lunch. A note on the door said be back by 3, it is now 3:30 and I'm still waiting.

I went into this store to purchase a phone in late January Jesus was my rep. He was a great rep he also informed me I wouldn't be charge a reactivation fee. I received my bill and there was a fee charge to my account . I was told by 1-800 to call the store back to get it credit since the store was the one giving the credit. I called the store back and tried to speak to Jesus who is no longer their on 2/8/24 and 2/9/24. But spoke to two reps one was Kosi and he was rude in the middle of the conversation said he was gone get back with the same day but never did. Called back the next day got a different rep said his name is Tyler but his real is Connor he was rude ,not helpful nor is he a good representative look for AT&T when deal with customer. Said he didn't know how to reach a supervisor gave me the run around to call all these different store to speak to a supervisor. And all I wanted was for them to honor what was told me when I purchase the phone This site need have well trained customer service reps.

I was having trouble thinking like a normal human and couldnt do some technical stuff with my phone. When I walked into this store, I was ready to smash the phone. Taylor and Jess were the employees there. I was greeted with such compassion and sense of humor. Almost instantly, I was in a better mood! These are the kind of employees that any chain store should clone! Fantastic!
