        Update 19-1-2024*** Well, that's the last time I shop at Eddie Bauer. What a terrible experience. I buy some EB FA gloves to replace my old ones I've had for ten years. They redesigned the cuff so that it does not seal to keep my hands warm and snow out. I go in to return my gloves and they tell me that they can't return the gloves because one of the tags was ripped off. Why was it ripped off? Because it is too long. The staff was unapologetic and could care less about my predicament.
