Precision Countertops and Tile

From start to finish, Dave and Ryan provided 5-star service. They listened to our needs, offered suggestions, and worked with us every step of the way on the project. It was very nice to have Ryan do 100% of the work himself, rather than having parts of the job sub-contracted out. Excellent quality work. I highly recommend Dave and Ryan for your countertop and tile work.

We recently had the privilege of having Precision Countertops and Tile update our kitchen. This is the second time we have used Dave. He put granite and tile in our old house. We enjoyed that remodel for 9 years and it was a major factor in helping sell the home. This time we went with a Quartz in the Lusso pattern and Renzo Jade picket tile. Ryan is a true artist with the tile, matching it up perfectly. He cleaned up everyday before he left. Dave and Ryan are so easy to work with.. Dave provides you with a fair estimate and that is the price you pay. There are no surprises in the price later on. The whole project was completed in 5 days and looks gorgeous. The quartz is much easier to take care of than the granite.

Precision was exactly what I was looking for on my kitchen remodel and master vanity project in Fairway, KS - I told myself that I was going to try to get bids for everything myself to learn all I could in the process as it didnt seem like a massive project. What I learned is that this process is a royal pain and seemingly no one in this space seems motivated to work directly with homeowners. Okay. Fine. So I went to Lowes and HD - had to hound the designer at Lowes for days just to get a quote that I was supposed to walk out of the store with. The Home Depot didnt offer the color I was after and couldnt go outside of their program to get me what I was after. I found Dave after hunting for someone that can handle everything. Within a couple of days Dave came to my home and we worked through the estimate together. I shared the estimates with Dave onsite and we had a laugh when he pointed out that Lowes completely omitted my island. Dave was a little more than the others but it was clear there are no gotchas or errors that are going to result in costs I never considered. I signed on the dotted line that day and am so glad I did. Precision handled all of the arrangements with trades/sub contractors so I didnt have to and was able to give me a rough idea of timeline unprompted the day we walked my project. I can now say Im well aware of how some of these remodel companies and big-box stores rope in folks in with an inaccurate but low priced estimate just to get a customer to slap down a deposit - If I would have gone with one of the other quotes I received I would paid a considerably higher price than what Dave charged for a truly complete project. Shocker, the job finished on target and on budget - EARLY. Needless to say, it looks incredible. Thanks again Dave. (And Ryan!)
