Dr. Marshall has been my dentist for almost 20 years. In the age of constant sales, Dr. Marshall always tries for the least invasive procedure. I’ve been extremely happy with all the services I’ve had, including two veneers that I’m 100% happy with. Also, Summer is the best hygienist.

So sad to see the previous review. I'm sorry that you had that experience. I am one of the hygienist here & am on maternity leave. :( Not that it is an excuse for your visit, but for others to know, it is outside the norm. I consider myself an amazing, desired, dental hygienist, & from after my 5+ years of experience in the close nit KC dental field, I chose to work for Dr. Marshall. I've been with him over 2 years now. He takes so much pride in his work. It is the best clinical work that I have ever seen. He can think outside of the box and has even done things i didnt know were possible... that LAST (because he takes the time to do it right for the mouth he's in). He will never try to 'sell' u something and is very honest about his treatment recommendations. What patient's like about him most is that he is very very good at making the numbing part painfree or close to it. I personally recommend him to all of my family and friends. Heck, my family loved him so much that they stayed with him when i left to accept a job with better benefits for myself... and came back to work for him because nothing beats a good work environment & good health care!!! ❤ > 💲 its all about a balanced life and i love working here and providing our patients with the best, most gentle and enjoyable care possible 🤙

Summer Hogan's review is self serving and a conflict of interest to counter the one star review for Craig Marshall. As she stated, SHE WORKS THERE! Let's keep the reviews just for the patients and customers Summer. My one star is based upon my poor experience with this man who chose to double book my appointment and have his hygienist work only half the time needed to do a complete periodontal cleaning. I would have been OK with rescheduling my appointment to get the job done right, but obviously it appears he placed income ahead of my care instead. "outside the norm" or not.. I would never go back to a health provider who would do that. Be it just one time or a hundred times. I told him it wasn't right to charge me for the incomplete work, yet he keeps sending the bill for it. He left a message on my cell phone to come back so they can complete the work (a message which I have saved).. but the TRUST was already broken! I sure wasn't going to go back to a staff I CAN'T TRUST! Guess if I don't pay it he will send collections.. So this review will stay in place unless he wants to return my money to me and my insurance. P.S. Summer you were my hygienist prior to the one that did the above sham job.. You were a good hygienist and I had no issue with you.
