        It was not a negative experience, but there is major renovation going on so the store is not overly attractive at the moment. But the staff are very attentive and helpful and one salesperson keyed in on exactly what I mentioned my preferences were and recommended just the perfect item for me. She clearly knows her merchandise and how to ask the right questions and truly listen to the customer to find what is wanted. Well done!

        Long time satisfied customer which is why I am choosing to write this review. I care about this store. Tuesday, April 2 around 2:45 , I had just left the salon, another reason I value this store. The womens rest room was disgusting! One stall marked out of order, the others a mess. I would not use any of them. Hope it was just a bad day. Again, my intent was constructive before you receive a ton of complaints or people choose to stop shopping at Pennys.
