Mike Brown in the service department has been a pleasure to work with. he has helped me with a couple warranty items on my Raptor. white glove service. dropped off and picked up with no hiccups. i will make sure to always work closely with Mike!

Really impressed with the customer service I received here. Chase had nothing to gain from helping us as we were not purchasing anything, but was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions and was very responsive. If I'm ever in the market for a new car I will come here because of the awesome service I received.

Ordered a Maverick. They gave me exactly what I wanted and didn't try to upcharge me. There was one additional charge on there that wasn't listed on the original invoice... something like $500 administration fee. Other than that, it was all good. The vehicle did take almost 3 weeks to get from the trainyard to Bob Allen 20 miles away. Try to figure that one out? Nothing the dealer could control as that is a Ford thing. Ray was my sales guy... super nice

My check engine light came on over the weekend. I took it to this Ford service department for them to run the code to determine what was wrong. I dropped my car off before 7 am because I had to work and had not heard anything. I reached out to them about 1:30 in the afternoon to ask for an update and my advisor Jeremiah said they had not ran the code yet. He then called at 2:00 to advise that they didnt really have a solution for me. I had asked him to tell me what the code ran was and he said it was on the papers. I went to go pick up my car and met Jeremiah in person. I had asked him to point out to me where on the papers the code was and he repeated that it was on the papers, it is all right there. I dont feel like it was a lot of me to ask him to help point out something to me. I felt very rushed out of the office. As a family who has always had Fords and never had a bad experience, I was very disappointed in Jeremiahs customer service towards me when asking for help.
