No one knows where anything is and has nonexistent customer service. Does not even know how to handle other customer issues.

We recently moved right down the road and had never had price choppers family chicken meal. Its an amazing value and something quick for us to get and Nancy was amazing and beyond sweet helping us with our meal. She carefully packaged and weighed everything and was happy to package things separately for me. Just wanted to take a moment and say thank you and we were very pleased with our experience.

I will shop here because it has good deals and reasonable prices. However, I've overheard cashiers talking about "installing lynch stations" at various sporting arenas multiple times I've been here. That rhetoric is completely unacceptable, no matter if you're working or not. I hope this site can do better.
