Robert the technician arrived within the appointment window. He was polite and professional. He told me his plan before he started. He was nice to my dog, who gets excited and nervous when strangers arrive. I think that is a good testament of character. Service: HVAC system maintenance

The experience overall was decent but way too pricey. Told me because I have an old house, and no way to access the main drain they have to pull one of my toilets to snake it. He did a great job. With their family plan it was 600 bucks? ( to clean a main drain. ) oh but if I had an access point it would have been $89.00. If we didnt sign up for their Family Plan the pulling of the toilet and cleaning the drain would have been 1000.00 bucks ? So I paid the 600 dollars for 1 hour of work. So I liked everything but the ridiculous prices. :). The gentleman did a great job. Unfortunately due to the price I wont likely use them again. Service: Sewer cleaning
