        Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff. Alex always listens and tries to help, even if the situation is not covered. Shelley and Francis are very kind, patient and understanding! Claims have been handled quickly and accurately. Alex has been to our property for all in person interactions from getting started to updating our insurance needs. He is very easygoing and treats us like family! He's always ready and willing to help! Kudos to Alex his staff and his family! *I have interrupted him during family time and his wife was very understanding!
