We hired Metro Media Security to install an alarm system at our used car dealership. Great service at an affordable price. When we had an issue with a sensor they sent a tech out to fix it right away. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using metro media security since 2015 for all my rental properties, office, and my home. I have had nothing but good results. Butch is a great guy to deal with and responds to my issues right away.

Beware the fine print on any contract you sign with this company. Your contract will automatically renew on its anniversary for the same time period as the original contract. Example... your first contract was for four(4) years of service, if you want to cancel your service then you must give them ninety(90) days written notice before your contract ends, if not, they sign you up for another four(4) year term and will expect you to pay it in full. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REMINDER FROM THEM!!! Even Time Warner Cable sends you a reminder that your contract period is coming to an end and will give you options for renewal. DO NOT SIGN A SECURITY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY until you read the fine print (and there is plenty of that). Metro Media Security knows that they will always have you stuck in a bad contract which will leave you no other option to choose another (less expensive or better) alarm company. Metro Media Security has terrible customer service. Buyer Beware.
