First let me say that the older woman that does pedicures is phenomenal!! She's the reason for the one star! There was a man that did my manicure, he didn't speak much English. This was an issue because he didn't understand what I was asking for. Once one of the techs that speaks English was available I talked to her about my nails to which she started they can easily just change the polish for me. That's when another tech came over. This tech wasn't exactly rude but there was a bit irritation because she thought I didn't tell the man what I wanted when I did and he just didn't understand. This raised my anxiety as there were now three nail techs surrounding me and questioning me when only one spoke fluent clear English. Anyway, finished up and got to the counter and it was WAAAY more expensive than I thought it should be! For a nail job I wasn't satisfied with. The nails were thick and chunky and he didn't shape them like I asked him to, paint color was wrong, some of my nails didn't even have acrylic on the sides. A hot mess!

Literally the best place in kc for nails and waxing that I have found I dont trust anyone else to wax my eyebrows since I got half my eyebrow waxed at another salon near sun nails. I get dip powder on my nails and gel pedicure and I am allways 100% satisfied I have very weird working hands and my nails break easily anywhere else I get them done but here my nails last and I got my eyelashes done twice there now and I am very impressed this place is a hidden gem behind the old ice cream shop!! Thank you guys

This place sits right behind Sheridans Frozen Custard (which is closed now). They consistently do a fabulous job with my nails, and they can WHATEVER paint style you want. Anything!!

The vibe is on point for a relaxing time. Everyone is very nice and helpful!
Absolutely love Ms Jenny. Loyal customer.
Mr Jenny (her husband: I suddenly forgot his name smh) does a fabulous job as well!

I have been to many nail salons and this is by far the best one! Their quality of work is excellent and the staff provides friendly and fast service! I highly recommend.
