        They didnt inform me of the cost of a simple oil change and it ended up being over $100; almost three times the price Ive ever paid anywhere else. By far the most ridiculously overpriced oil change Ive ever seen.

        New tires were put on quick with add-on protections in case something happens. Robin was polite and relaxed to work with and I appreciate that.

        I was just sent away by an associate, I believe her name was Robyn, due to asking her whether an oil change can be done without using a certain type of oil. I told her that this was a work car and my employer preferred that. Instead of simply saying no and trying to work with me, she threw my card back at me and said she cant help me. She did not try to let me explain and just went on to the next customer. I am extremely disappointed, not because I couldnt get a simple oil change done, but because her behavior was so rude and unacceptable. I can see from other reviews that this is not new behavior from her.
