Yeah so I brought in a good 9 cloths and 3 shoes. One shoes was stripper heels (from a friend who thought I could sell was not surprised that was a no) I had three dresses and two jackets that were in good condition. One of the dresses was a CalvinKlien I wore once so I figured at get least theyd take that. The two other shoes I never used. They didnt even look at what I brought. They hadnt even touched it. At all and told me they werent interested. Yeah I didnt bring them in a basket because I didnt know but they treated me like I was stupid and wasting their time. Got a jacket here once and experience was fine but if youre not buying I wouldnt recommend. Felt like churchy women who talk bad about you when youre not listening vibes.

The customer service in there is top notch! You can tell all the employees are down to earth and genuinely care about people. Whoever is reading this, let your employees know how much you appreciate them! You dont see customer service like that these days.

I love Clothes Mentor!! Every time I come in here I leave with at least a few amazing finds. It is neat, extremely well-organized, well-labeled, and there is plenty of space in the aisles to move around and start a collection to try on! The ladies here are extremely helpful, and they even have team members who will help you shop for your preferences and body type. Theyre always full of good ideas! They have regular discount racks, tons of cute shoes, a plethora of jewelry options, and even high end bags to choose from. Not my thing, but they have Louis Vuitton, etc. Their emails are HELPFUL, not just junk like some stores. Ive only sold clothes to them once, but they are PICKY (but really fast). Which is GREAT for buying here! I can rest assured that nothing has hidden stains, tears, worn out fabrics, etc. Clothes Mentor makes good clothing affordable and fun!!
