I started working with Muriel in 2021. She has been the best loan officer anyone could ask for. Always available to pick up the phone when you have questions, it doesn't matter what time of day it is. She has been an ear to listen to you when you are frustrated with the process, and a great adviser based on what you are looking for on your loan, interest rates, monthly payments, etc. Muriel has helped me purchase two houses at this point. And was there throughout the selling and buying of both. She has helped me get resources to when I need to, to ensure everything required from a lender and through the underwriting process is available and what it needs to be. She has been the person that would work on your file even in the wee hours of the night to ensure all deadlines are met and also to ensure you get the rates that are comfortable for you. I surely will miss talking to her more often. I will refer her to everyone I know and surely will recommend her to anyone looking into starting her home buying process. Thanks Muriel.
