        We received Christmas gifts that ended up being the wrong size. Went back in to exchange/return items, and the associate put it back on the card that was used to purchase them. I was astonished! I said but thats NOT MY card, those were GIFTS. The associate then told me there was nothing else that could be done. That was the only option. I was in disbelief. Crazy! Guess I should have been persistent and asked for a manager. So then I had to tell my son. Needless, I guess my husband and I will be picking out something else. And I will be looking at a different stores first, making them the very last resort.
