At first the dentist was great, but I was in severe pain from 1 or 2 teeth, they referred me to an Oral surgeon, which took 2 months to see and get work done. They gave me ibuprofen for pain that didn't help at all. Then they said if I got all teeth removed they would charge me 1500 for full set of dentures. I drive all way there and they jumped price to 2500!! So upsetting... I got a loan for 1500 to get dentures. Now I have decided to go to Aspen dental, way better prices..

Went there in LOTS of pain left in LOTS of pain because they CANT even pull a tooth. They want to send me all the way to Georgetown. I can't take Tylenol bc of my lever right on my paper work and the lady tells me to take Tylenol for the pain. Place is a joke sure do miss ison that was in that office that man would have pulled it and done everything else there while I was there.

Terrible wxperience, I have been trying to get my children seen since August at their new office in Dry ridge only for them to call or text and cancel days before the appointmen and cancel!!!! Here it is January and they did it again. Switching dentists for good, thought this would be a good place since comfort dentistry stopped taking medicaid patients just to be completely dissatisfied yet again.

My location in Dry Ridge KY is the worst experience I have ever had with anyone in the medical field let alone the dental field. My husband and I were repeated lied to beginning with my first inquiry regarding whether they take our insurance (they said they did but actually did not then lied again saying they did take it but the problem was I was mistaken about my policy - lies, lies, lies). The last recent cleaning, which was to be included with the insurance we bought from Mortenson, was not free because they forced us to see Dr. Wison after the cleaning then charged us. I tried to get out of the chair after the cleaning but the hygienist refused to let the chair down, said I had to let Dr Wilson see me even though I informed her and others in the office that I had a new dentist and wanted nothing but a cleaning. A few days later we received a bill in the mail for $360 - the dentist did nothing but qickly look inside my mouth and my husband's. I don't know if all the deception they do is mainly toward seniors but please be warned, they have no moral integrity at this location and if you go enough times you will, at some point, be lied to.
