        We were contacted by crown pointe remodeling after our front deck was finished. They wanted us to give them an outstanding review. I really wish I could, however, that is not possible. The initial contact with the salesman was terrific. He and his son were very positive and knowledgeable. We were sold and signed up to have our deck made. The timetable was 4 months, which we knew going in. It ran over that time limit by about 3 weeks. During that time, we continually had to contact Crown Pointe regarding a scheduling date. The communication between us and Crown Pointe was not smooth. Promises were made and broken. Timelines were made and broken. Crown Pointe Remodeling was a terrible company to work with. While I can say that the building of the deck was excellent, I cannot say that about the company as a whole. I would never have them do another job for me.
