        Placed a reservation on a 40ft Extention Ladder rental for Thursday Dec 7th on the morning of Monday Dec 4th. Called today to confirm the rental pickup and was told it was rented out from under me to another customer. Had to scramble to find a replacement rental for tomorrow due to their negligence. Do not recommend moving forward
