        Excellent customer service. We were not rushed or coerced into making a purchase wed regret. Steve was helpful explaining how the bed worked, and even provided tips of how the bed adjusts even when the dog climbs in bed.

        Was a bit hesitant to try this store as I was afraid Id be dealing w high pressure sales people. Not that way at all! Miranda was very low key but totally helped us make a decision. We have wanted a sleep # bed for a very long time. So looking forward to sleeping on this bed. Trying it I n the store was like sleeping on a cloud, so supportive & comfy. Thank you Miranda for making it a pleasant experience!
