Had a good rapport with Mr.Borenstein over the phone, but when my husband and I went to sign the documents in person to my surprise during our 1.5 hour long visit he never once addressed me, despite the fact that I was the reason he had our business to begin with and was the sole person dealing directly with him. A remnant of the archaic south, if you need a member of the old (white) boys club, Bill is your man. If you're a person of colour and would like to be treated with a modicum of common courtesy, hopefully you can find an alternative to Bill- anyone with a real estate law license should be able to perform the same function. He's pretty tone deaf and had the audacity to try to upsell us on will preparation, while treating me as a non-entity the entire time. The all female administrative were lovely though!
