I went here the the paddock shop location and the employee checking me out named claire said what are you looking at when she was checking out my stuff and told me i had masculine feautures out of nowhere and earlier my friend said we were sophmores and claire said i looked older and i said thank you and she said no like you look like your 23 and then she told my other friend that she was a pysch major and to watch out that me and my other friend were the duo in the trio for no reason and just saying other things that were really off putting and out of nowhere and very unprofessional.

Cheap clothes that break all the time. Terrible service all the way up to the district manager, Abby. Theyre cute, but thats about it. Go somewhere better. Veronas a few doors down. These ladies aint worth a dime or a broken dress.

I took a picture of a hat I had for Derby week to your store and wanted to find a dress to go with it. Danielle was working and helped me pick out a few things to try on and put them in a dressing room. She was so helpful and kind. During a time when customer service is hard to find, she was a shining star!!
