I had the worst experience at this location. I purchased foundation and brought it home. Only to find out it had been used. I live an hour away so I called customer service. I was told by the manager she could fix it. She could not. Then customer service has had me waiting for weeks for a response due to an internal review. They finally responded this week and offered an e gift card or a check. I asked for a check, I choose not to go to Ulta to have used products put back on shelves and to be treated as if I did something wrong. I wont be going back to an Ulta any time soon.

I will never EVER shop at this location. I was leaving another store in the strip and the employee who has long curly reddish hair decided to yell across the parking lot about me leaving my dogs in the car. Mind you i went in the other store for one specific thing and straight back out. While yelling across the parking lot from Infront of their door she proceeds to downgrade me because it was "too hot for them" outside and the dogs were left inside the car ( yes I had the windows partially down so they couldn't jump out and a bowl of water for them inside the car ) I let her know that they were ok and that they are used to being in the car because we currently are living in it. She laughed and still went on about them being in there for "10 minutes" alone. Yes I understand it's hot outside but when you are houseless and live in your vehicle and have to grab something for the store sometimes they have to be alone for a minute. I feel it was very unprofessional and embarrassing and degrading for her to not only scoff about the situation but to yell Infront of everyone across the parking lot about it. If she was really that worried you'd think she would do something to help like possibly offer them some fresh cold water or something not just to embarrass someone. Don't be so judgemental child. You never know what someone else is going thru at the moment or has been thru show some compassion. Kindness gets you a lot further in life.
