        Lots of great rooms and the place is clean. Down side is the customer service and parking!

        This will definitely be our KY stay moving forward. Front desk service is outstanding. Room refresh was hit and miss. Got fresh towels but the cleaning was spotty. I'm rather picky about our grandsons eating on the furniture. This time the couch and chairs were already stained so it was nice to relax and let them drink their water (can you believe these kids have never had soda?!) and munch on popcorn without worry. Pool was great, they provided floaties and a couple of toys. Large pool towels are also provided. Why do hotels always have slippery tile surrounding their pools?! Nearby activities: Right off whiskey row. The baseball field is closeby. Visiting w young grandchildren so we were interested in playgrounds and parks. The walking bridge and parks are fantastic, lots of family friendly areas beyond whiskey row. Walkability: We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted, even with a 4 year old.

        Very clean, beautiful decor throughout. The front desk staff was informative and organized. Very easy walk to all the bourbon fun and next door to our favorite breakfast restaurant. Safety: Felt very safe in the hotel and parking area, day and night. Walkability: Easy walk to all the major tourist attractions.
