My daughter ordered a charm from them. They did not give her a receipt for it, and simply told us to pick up the charm on Friday. We came on friday and they denied having ordered it for us and they denied having told us that they would order it for Friday. The manager then told us they had ordered it and put it on display and sold it. We found this extremely unprofessional of them, Im thankful not to of had to spent any money in this store.

If I could give this place 0 stars, believe me, I would. I ordered an initial necklace for christmas, the man who took my order wrote my name and number on a sticky note. He did not give us a receipt and I even asked him if I had to pay for it before he ordered it and he said no, he specifically said we would pay once it arrived. He said it would arrive by Friday (Christmas Eve) and that they would give us a call. On Friday, we went down to the store to pick it up and they first denied that they would order like that. They said we shouldve paid for it and received a receipt, which did not happen because the previous worker we spoke to did not tell us that we needed to pay and did not give us a receipt. The manager was extremely nasty and rude. The entire staff was extremely unhelpful. They denied even having ordered it for us, they basically told us that we were lying about the previous interaction we had with the workers last Friday. They then offered for us to purchase another initial in a different style, and said they would order the one i wanted and that in 2 weeks I could come and exchange it. This felt like another manipulation tactic because their refund and exchange policy clearly states that there are no refunds after 7 days. It was honestly a disgusting display of horrible business etiquette. The staff is unorganized and distasteful.
