I walked into Claters hoping they could help me arrange some charms on a charm necklace I bought at a boutique out of state. They were so kind and willing to help at no charge. She helped me rework and arrange the necklace exactly to my liking. I was browsing around while I was there, and they have so many beautiful and unique pieces, I cant wait to go back and shop! From start to finish they were able to make my dream a reality. We came in with so many design options, and they patiently helped me narrow down what I truly wanted. After I found a ring I liked they customized it to this beautiful ring I have now. Thank you for everything!

I took my great grandfather's wedding band in to Clater's, hoping to have the ring resized and the band width narrowed down. I wasn't sure if all of this was possible, but Clater's did it all and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. From the moment I first walked in the store to the moment I picked the ring back up, the employees so kind and helpful. The re-made ring looks great, and I'm so glad to have a piece of family history for my wedding band in a way that matches my tastes. I highly recommend Clater's for any custom work!

We had the most delightful experience with the entire team at Clater's. Shannon was fabulous to work with and helped my husband and I to choose the perfect 15 year anniversary diamond. I highly recommend this business. They are wonderful all around.

My wife had a ring left to her by her mother with several diamonds in a gold setting but the ring was too large to resize. With Sallies help we chose a new ring and had some of the stones reset into it. It is beautiful! We highly recommend Clater Jewelers and appreciate their knowledge and excellent service.
