Ive been going to Karinas for quite some time now. She is absolutely the best when it comes to helping me with all of my jewelry needs. Karina especially goes above and beyond, not only for me but all her customers! I simply wouldnt go anywhere else!!

The store had closed and we didnt realize - they welcomed us in and was able to get my daughter some really cute earrings and even gave her an Easter treat! Very nice and great customer service! Quick and simple !

Went in to get a claw clamp fix..when she first looked at my chain she couldn't see how the clasps was broken. She had to break out the magnifying googels and she still struggled to see the broken clasps. I had to point it out to her. She said she could fix but when I got it back she told me it was badly cracked and damaged?! And a piece was broken off do disappointing he took photos
