      image Customer service sucks, all of them look under 25, dont know how to deal with the older generation, talk to u like u there age, no help with repairs, dont buy a ring as a gift for a person thats not with u, cause u wont be able to exchange, let alone I bought a ring that was on display, with no complaints, get 40-50 age range for the older folks, cause the kids 20-25 working in there is a joke, and too high on they damn pedestal, the manager snobby as hell girl go to the suburbs

      image Just needed to pick up an item that was ordered online. The young lady at the head of the line who worked there was rude when I asked where I pick up an online order. She said you have to stand in line? Her tone and disposition was very unprofessional. The last time I had an online order placed and there was a line I was told to go right in and pick it up. I wont be going back and I want a full refund! Horrible customer service!!
