Overall not satisfied with this experience. Overpromised, underdelivered. I personally felt it was a bait and switch. Very basic things were left out of the quote to landscape, like mulch for mulch beds, and additional fees were required in the middle of the job. I felt they were gaslighting me. I communicated my concern that to add a weed mat and mulch beds are pretty standard work to be left out of initial quote to landscape bushes around a pool. In the middle of this, they completely ruined my yard! Then proceeded to tell me they would just reseed it when it clearly needed to be resodded. So yet another frutrating situation we had to figure out. We opted to pay for only work they did and not the additional fees left out-- because they were actually outrageous. We just agreed to end the job 1/2 done. They were not thorough and many items were not detailed in the invoice that any reasonable person would assume were addressed. In the middle of the job I asked for a quote for the bags of mulch which were $22.00 a bag and the added labor charge to make a mulch bed (vs their idea of landscaping which was clearly not spelled out on the contract was to circle mulch around each tree) was 1k extra. The trees are 3 ft apart so it just made no sense not to be in mulch beds. They also tried to charge us for pavers they bought when the contract stated to use existing pavers. And we still have pavers left....so we had to deal with that. Many of the trees were leaning over after they said the job was done, so we waited until they fixed them to officially pay the balance...which said net 30 days, but they ended up at our door on a Saturday morning, a few days after the agreed upon end date saying they needed their check immediately, which we supplied. It might be a very nice nursery, but I would not hire them for landscaping unless you want to be overcharged and disappointed. Update: Trees continue to fall over....

Beyond pleased to have this place in the neighborhood! Michelle and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and know when to leave you alone to let you browse. I picked out a beautiful, well priced moonlight scindapsus (yes they have houseplants!) and got a quick rundown on general care- as well as info on upcoming events such as plant swaps and fall fest.

OMGOMGOMGOMG!!! This place is AMAZING!!! The flora is absolutely wonderful! Incredible variety and high quality plants (you get what you pay for). The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the customer and the plants. Michelle is outstanding and a perfect fit for this place! It is a Shangri-la!!! They are also very happy to help you to understand how to best grow your plants and encourage every level of gardener. Also--they have a monthly plant swap!!!!!!! What a great event. Treat yourselves and visit this place!

Great selection of Trees and Plants. I had never been here before, but their flowers and plants are superior to others in town. Ended up planting and re-making my whole garden. Easier to park on Logan Street.
