Everything about my experience with Unlimited Landscape was excellent. Steve understood what we wanted and developed a great plan in a timely manner. Very quick to come give initial estimate. Accepted the job, and was told out next week out next week, etc after I finally got ahold of them it was explained weather was issue, which I totally understood and was fine with had I just been told that upfront. Work was done, didnt even know they came other than downspouts were buried. The actual work of burying the spouts was done fine, however, one pop up emiter sticks up from the ground (worried about hitting it with mower and causing damage) and there are large holes and gaps that were not there before where grass and dirt was laid back down. I have tried to contact Steve via email a few times with no reply. Im not saying the work all was bad, but communication and followup with issues is. While I didnt spend tens of thousands of dollars, I did spend what I personally feel like was a good amount of money to have the work done 80%.
