If you want to save thousands of dollars in realtor fees, then read this review: From the time I filled out the form online for more info to the closing on my condo, Shaun was on the ball. I was literally amazed at how quickly and accurately he got everything done! After I filled out the form online for more information on how his low cost realty fees worked, he called me within 90 seconds. Seconds, not minutes! On a Sunday! He told me in detail how the lower cost realty fee worked, he answered all my questions. And I will tell you he is still a full service realtor. I scheduled a meeting with him on the next day for him to look at my condo and tell me what I needed to do get maximum sale price. He also told me what he thought I could get for it, and that's what we listed it for. And he was right on target with his estimate. His photographer also came out same day that I told Shaun I wanted to list my condo with him. His photographer came out and took pictures that made my condo look like a million bucks! I will definitely use him again to buy or sell another property. You might find a realtor as great as him, but you won't find one better! I just took all the guess work out of you finding a great realtor - list your property with Shaun Wallace! I couldn't be happier with the whole process.
