Josh and Suzy are the absolute best!! They made selling our house and buying our new home a very smooth transaction. I have had nine realtors in my life by the time we hired Pam, and we hired her, because we had a great opportunity and needed a realtor who would actively pursue our interests for property acquisition. We were able to haggle and purchase a beautiful home because of her tenacity, flexibility, candor, and just general awesomeness. I highly recommend Pam Cline for any real estate need. I highly recommend Josh Jarbo as your realtor. I was in a situation where I wanted to sell my house kind of fast and I also wanted to sell at the right price. Josh had several buyers at my house on the first day that it went on the market and within three days there was a offer. There were a few small issues with the Home Inspection but Josh helped me get everything handle and the sale was finalized. If you want someone that really care about you and your family and listens to what you want you should call Josh. Highly recommend!
