Trish and Casey are the best!! They are on top of their game. They sent me listings in my price range, were always available to show houses I was interested in, and made the buying process enjoyable. Casey Flaherty could not have been a more perfect realtor for me. As a first time home home buyer, I had no idea where to even start 8 months ago. I had just moved back to my hometown, was interviewing for new jobs, and just had the idea I wanted to buy a house and did not want to rent. Casey made sure to set up a meeting right away and work with me starting at square 1. He walked me through every single step, and had so much patience through the whole process. I had a challenging budget for the kind of home I wanted and in the location I wanted to live. I ended up getting my house in the EXACT neighborhood I wanted. They also have multiple connections for lenders, home inspectors, and more. I was happy with every specialist they recommended to me.

Patrick was a wonderful realtor! He was patient and very responsive as well as available when I wanted to go see houses (and we saw quite a few). He gave me advice when I asked for it and was very insightful throughout the whole home buying process. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a great working experience with Casey. He helped me in buying a rental property..After closing, the previous owner left with lots of debries, and other outdoor damaged items that had to pickup or trashed. I had to pay but later Casey helped me in reimbursing the amount from seller agent very easily. I really appreciated him for this . Wishing him a very good luck.
