Internal Tax Resolution of Louisville

I was promised that the very first thing that they would do would be to order transcipts as soon as they received my $800 retainer (I have the email to prove this). I appreciated this, as I told Jerry that I cannot take time from my job to handle the contacting of the IRS to get my personal issues resolved. A few days after sending the money I received a message from an attorney in Michigan, who I googled and found he had no office listed, that stated he was not going to do anything until I filed my past returns that were unfiled. If they weren't going to do anything I would not have sent any money and hired someone else to get my transcripts and figure out how to resolve my case. I requested a refund of my retainer only to receive an email from Jerry stating I did not hold up my end of the bargain by not getting the past due returns filed. He also said they have a NO REFUND POLICY for any reason. So after all of this I still have a wage garnishment and no transcripts to use to file returns. I would look elsewhere folks.
